Diversity Wikithon

Our 2nd Wikithon at UCL was held on the 19th November! We had talks from myself, Luke Davis (Ph.D. student at the London Centre of Nanotechnology), and Dr. Alice White from the Wellcome Trust (Alice teaches Wikipedia & helps train new editors ranging from school kids to Professors!)

The Women in Physics Group is committed to running a Wikithon once per term. Rather than focus solely on the achievements of women scientists, we welcome editors who would like to increase the number of articles about LGBTQ+, disabled and BAME scientists. In fact, we strongly encourage it as allies to these underrepresented groups!
